Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, as long as it is unused and comes back in its original packaging. Start it by emailing hello@roostpets.com with your order number.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong — in those cases we cover it and you do not need to ship the damaged item back. A photo is enough.

Refund timing

Once the return is received we issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually takes another 3–10 days to show it.

Damaged in transit

Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement. If you bought Shipping Protection, we skip the questions entirely.
