How long does delivery take?
14–22 business days, free on every order. Every bed is made to order, then shipped with tracking — you get the tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned. We would rather quote twenty-two days and arrive early.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — 49 countries, free on every order, all with the same 14–22 business day window. North America: United States, Canada, Mexico. Europe: every EU country plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Monaco. Asia-Pacific and the Gulf are covered too. If your country is not at checkout, email us and we will tell you straight.
Why did my bed arrive flat?
It ships vacuum-packed, which keeps shipping free and protects it on the way. Cut it out of the bag, shake it out, knead the bolsters, and give it 24–48 hours to regain its full shape. A hair dryer on low helps in a cold room.
Something arrived damaged.
Send a photo to hello@roostpets.com and we replace it. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
The First Dog Bed
Which size should I get?
Medium for dogs 20–50 lb (30 × 24 × 8 in), Large for 50–80 lb (36 × 30 × 10 in), XL for 80–130 lb (48 × 36 × 12 in). If your dog sits between two sizes or likes to sprawl, go up one.
Is it a real bed or a gag?
A real bed: deep bolsters on three sides, a thick long-pile mattress, sized for dogs up to 130 lb. The plush figure is sewn on and stays put.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry. Do not put it in a washing machine — the stuffing shifts and the figure never sits right again. Vacuum the fur with a brush attachment.
Is it affiliated with any politician or campaign?
No. It is a novelty pet bed made for fun, not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any person, campaign or political organization.

Do you have bundle prices?
Yes. Two beds save 15% and three save 20%, in any mix of sizes — pick a size for each bed on the product page. The saving is applied automatically at checkout; there is no code to enter.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, for a full refund of the item price. See our refund policy.
Why are there no reviews on the product page?
Because the bed is new and we are not going to invent them. When real customers write them, they go up — good and bad.
