How long is shipping?
10–18 business days, free on every order. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned.
How high should I mount it?
Chest height or a little above works best — high enough that your cat has to jump for it, low enough that an older cat still can. Not above a radiator, and not directly over anything breakable.
My cat ignores every bed I buy.
Most floor beds get ignored because they sit at floor level, which is the busiest and least safe part of the room for a cat. Height changes that. If yours still won't use it, email us — we would rather solve it than sell you a second one.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days, unused and in its packaging. See our refund policy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We would rather do one country properly first.
