Shipping policy

Free shipping, 10–18 business days

Every order ships free. Delivery takes 10–18 business days from the day you order. That window is deliberately honest rather than optimistic — our furniture is made to order and ships from our supplier, so it is not a next-day product.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating.

If it is late

If your order passes the stated window, email hello@roostpets.com. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships, and we will offer you that choice ourselves if we see a delay.
