Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the confirmation email. If an item is priced wrong or unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than ship something else.

Delivery estimates

The delivery window on the product page is our good-faith estimate and is stated in business days. If we cannot ship inside it, you may cancel for a full refund.

Use of the product

Our wall-mounted beds must be installed following the included instructions and into a fixing point suitable for the weight. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, by mounting into unsuitable material, or by use beyond the stated weight limit.

Intellectual property

The text, photography and design on this site belong to us. Product designs reference general vehicle silhouettes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any vehicle manufacturer.
